How to fall Asleep
Step 1
It’s always good to get in some
kind of workout before you fall asleep. Doesn’t have to be hard-core. And you
obviously don’t always need to. But if you want to fall asleep fast. It’s a big
help.
Step 2
If you decide to do step one you
are definitely going to want to shower afterwards. Make sure that it’s a hot
shower and that wherever your sleeping is fairly cool. Cold air on warm skin helps
you become tired.
Step 3
If you’re serious about wanting to fall
asleep quickly. Don’t look at any bright screens. I don’t know why but if you
look at bright screens before you go to sleep it’s a lot harder.
Step 4
Kick
back a bottle of NyQuill.
Step 5
In fact, Skip steps 1-3
Just do step 4
